I joined this company as a fresher, during my last semester of MBA. So you may say that technically, it was my first job, though I did not last there for more than 3 months. I will share the reason and my experience in detail in this review.
Indiabulls may sound a big name to many, but people who are well versed with the industry know the ground reality of Indiabulls. Many argue about whose backing the company has got and who has funded it, but you will not give a heck unless you get whatever any other satisfied employee needs. But the fact is, the word “satisfied employee” is a non-existent or a myth in Indiabulls – all verticals.
The recruitment process was extremely small and tremendously smooth and easy. I got selected without putting even the slightest of my efforts. I believed that big companies like Indiabulls consider passing marks also as an criteria for selection, and I had considerably low marks in my SSC & HSC, even after knowing this fact, they hired me. This shows what kind of selection criteria they got. They just wanted people to go out there are sell their products – real estate in my case.
From Day 1, we were told that we are not supposed to use our brains for suggesting any sort of comments regarding products, because those wont be considered or acted upon. We were just asked to and ordered to SELL. This was our motto. Everyday our manager would have a meeting in the evening and ask us how many closures did we do today, as if we were selling some packet of biscuits. They do not have any business ethics too, because they have a lot of hidden costs, which they do not inform the customer about while they are selling their real estate.
I have a very horrible experience at Indiabulls. This company is only for the ones who are good sellers and not for the ones who are weak at heart.
